The TMHF is committed to respecting the privacy of our visitors, donors, program participants and similar. TMHF does not trade, share or sell donor lists. Donors who supply TMHF with their phone number, email or physical mailing address may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes and/or information regarding upcoming events. TMHF does not send mailings on behalf of other organizations unless the donor has given TMHF specific permission to do so. The use of personal information will be limited to our internal use and that use will be to further the program activities and mission of TMHF. All who give TMHF their information have the option to contact us via email, phone or other to request they no longer receive communications. All requests to be removed from TMHF's emailing/mailing list shall be honored.

We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. If you make a donation and/or register for an event we may collect your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information.

Generally, our uses of Personal Information collected online include responding to inquiries, sending surveys/seeking feedback, advertising events, enabling you to make a donation or purchase something, or providing you with information, such as sending marketing communications and newsletters. The TMHF will retain your Personal Information to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
